Advisory Alliance members will be introduced to each portfolio company to provide Advisory Board development to management. Additionally, when there is no conflict of interest, Advisory Alliance members may serve in additional roles, such as:

• Referring and sourcing deals;
  
• Assisting in due diligence on potential investments;
  
• Acting as potential beta sites or customers for portfolio companies;
  
• Facilitating corporate partners and other corporate relationships; and
  
• Forming key strategic alliances with portfolio companies.

The Advisory Alliance positions Capvest Venture Fund to be a true value-added investor and assist its portfolio companies in meeting their milestones and attaining viable exit strategies.
